The web, API, and data changes are approved for the 18 July launch window. The rollback owner is Priya Shah; the abort threshold is an error rate above 2% for five minutes.

Ready for launch
The release moves session validation into the API, adds resumable imports, and applies the account-index migration.
Operator procedure
Abort when the five-minute error rate exceeds 2% or the import queue remains above 90 seconds for ten minutes.
