Visible manifest
This section is both the no-script inspection surface and the carrier of the canonical manifest graph. Each machine statement explicitly names the same graph.
This document is a HARE 0.1 envelope built on IA² HTML/RDF. Its canonical manifest is the named graph identified by hare:manifestGraph. dcterms:hasPart lists bundled resources; hare:representation links each resource to an inert template DOM representation or a base64 byte representation with media type, byte length, SHA-256 digest, and carrier.
